Sing with the Teaneck Chorus!
• We welcome singers of all ages, including students!
• It is easy to join.
• You do not need to be a Teaneck resident.
• There is no yearly fee.
• Every member of the chorus receives music sound tracks to learn their parts. What’s more, Skyler Klein is an inspiring vocal coach for all levels of singers.
• We sing fun, inspiring, beautiful songs that celebrate the rare diversity of Teaneck. “Community” is in our name!
There are no auditions for singers who wish to join the Chorus. However, because of the group’s commitment both to diversity and to artistic excellence, interested singers are asked to complete an application which is reviewed by the Artistic Director and the Admissions Committee. Decisions on acceptance of individual applications are based on the needs of the group in terms of the balance of voice parts and diversity. Applicants who cannot be admitted immediately may be admitted at a later date.
The Teaneck Community Chorus rehearses every Wednesday evening at Ethical Culture Society,
787 Larch Ave., Teaneck, NJ, 7:00-9:00 p.m., September to June. Note we are not affiliated with Ethical Culture but we love to rehearse there!
